You’ve read up about Target Date Funds (TDFs)  and have identified them  as one of the easiest  ways for your retirement plan participants to invest their savings, but how do I know which option best suites my employees?

Retirement Plan Committees generally have difficulty understanding TDFs, so we established three core goals to undertake:

- Understand Core Attributes of the TDF Suite and why 30% of all money going into retirement plans are investing into TDFs
- Analyze the Glide Path and Investments of the TDF Suite
- Analyze whether a Custom or non-proprietary TDF is a better fit
